No, I am by appointment only. I am only in the salon if I have a client appointment. Please call first.

My main retail products come from Simply Organic Beauty. The color line I use is Original and Mineral which is coconut and olive oil based. It has no ammonia, peroxide, or formaldehyde. They also contain less of some other chemicals compared to traditional color lines.

I also offer additional retail products for hair growth, using MONAT. These are not 100% organic but it offers something that my organic line does not offer.

I work with straight, wavy, and curly hair. I do not work with textured, natural hair, perms, wedding/prom hair, fades and shaves .

My salon suite is very small so I strongly suggest leaving children and pets at home. I do not work with children’s hair.

This depends on a lot of factors. I would suggest a consultation for the exact answer for you. Hair can be colored as much as every three weeks to once every six months depending on what you are looking to achieve (e.g. grey coverage versus all over color versus highlights).

I will have you come in for a strand test. You will come in and I will take small snippets of hair. Don’t worry, you won’t even notice. After you leave, I will test the hair to see if it can handle necessary steps to achieve what you want.

Hair can be shampooed once a day to once a week, depending on how oily your scalp is and your daily activities.

Yes, you can shampoo after color. However, the more you shampoo the faster the hair color will fade. I also recommend a shower filter to save your colored hair.

It is a little different with organic color. You will get better coverage on cleaner hair. Without some of the chemicals, it is a little harder to get through natural oils and product build up.

It will cost more for coloring services because long hair uses more product. By long, I mean past the shoulders.
